It’s that time again for About Khai Dot Com’s Monthly Update. I’m feeling SUPER FIRED UP about many things going on in my life now (read all the way to the end to find out more)!

The Big Mo’

I’m a big fan of Donald Trump and I’ve bought this book to feed my voracious self-improvement reading appetite.

One thing I’ve learnt from The Donald - You MUST have THE BIG MO’.

The big MO is all about Momentum.

He says that if you have momentum, you must keep it up at all costs no matter what aspect of your life you are dealing with.

Of late, my momentum in business and life is skyrocketing. I’ve made more money, increased my clientele, started more projects and I’m feeling healthier than EVER! Things are good but the biggest danger is to rest on your laurels. The worst thing about getting momentum is to LOSE IT later on. When you lose momentum, you will have to work twice or three times as hard just to get back to where you were, and I’ve experienced periods where losing momentum really bites into your income and your ego.

So the most important thing about having momentum, is to increase your intensity - KEEP GOING FORWARD and NEVER STOP.

If you keep your momentum up, you will reap rewards beyond your wildest dreams. If you don’t have the momentum now, you must start building it TODAY or you will never take off!

The next few sections, I will share with you why I’ve been gaining momentum…

Aboutkhai.com Increase From PR3 to PR4

During the last Google update, the ‘Google Gods’ were kind enough to bless this blog by increasing it’s page rank from 3 to 4!

Although PR4 is nothing much to shout about (compared to 5), it proves one thing - stick to Google’s rules and your site’s rank will increase naturally. Even my Hire-Khai page has a page rank of 3 (increase from 2).

A lot of people has been asking me how I did it. It is very simple actually. I submitted my blog to a couple of blog directories and I exchanged links with other bloggers and people in the Internet marketing industry. But most important of all, I write GOOD CONTENT and people link to me naturally.

Getting relevant links is very important because it tells Google that your site is an authority.

I also rank No.1 for the keywords ‘Khai’ and ‘Product Creation Expert’ and page one for the keyword ‘Copywriting’ and ‘Copywriting Expert’ in Malaysia. Although these keywords don’t bring in much targeted traffic, it is there merely to satisfy my ego (especially when you consider that there are hundreds of Malays and Koreans with the name ‘Khai’… so it’s good to appear first )

My next target by the next PR update is to get a PR of 5 - so if anyone is interested in exchanging links, be sure to Contact Me.

Massive Fat Loss Success!

A lot of people have also been asking me this question, “Khai, you’ve lost so much WEIGHT! What’s Your Secret!”

Another has said, “Khai, your stomach has disappeared!”

It was so funny because I went to a seminar to catch up with my other Internet marketing friends. Some of them were expecting to see this huge monstrous fatso that has the waist size of an equator, and people didn’t call out my name until I called them first - and I was standing RIGHT IN FRONT of them! I suspect that they didn’t recognize me because they didn’t want to call out to a ’stranger’ so it was really funny to see their expressions.

I must admit, a few months ago, I was severely Obese. I was so fat that if fat percentages were summarized into a chart, I would EXCEED the scale!

Today, I’m still overweight, BUT… I’ve not only ‘re-entered the chart’, my belt size has dropped by so many inches, that my pants no longer fit anymore. DAMN… now I need to get a whole new wardrobe!

Unfortunately, I’m NOT going to post any photos on my before and after (those of you who’ve met me in person will only get this privilege) - I’m only going to do it ONE MONTH from now because I’ve made a promise to shed more weight and I will reveal my ‘weight loss’ secret by then (so stay tuned).

In The Process Of Forming A Company

Although I don’t have a very specific timeline, I’m in the process (the beginning stages) of forming an Internet marketing company with my Internet marketing friends (who also happen to be my close buddies) - Melvin Ng and Alfred Ko.

If you don’t know who they are, Melvin is a niche marketing EXPERT who makes a very good living through his niche sites. He is also a PPC expert who has made 4-5 figure checks just from promoting other people’s products! Melvin’s accomplishments also include pulling off a 5 figure launch with his partners Vince Tan and Gobala Krishnan - which is $69,000 within 7 days for Send Us To US fire sale. I feel truly blessed to be working very closely with Melvin because he is a very trustworthy partner who brings years of Internet marketing experience to our partnership.

I also feel very blessed to be associated with Alfred Ko - he’s my No.1 SEO guy who’s services has made me thousands of U.S. dollars by driving traffic to my niche sites. He has also made massive sales in famous Internet marketing launches like Affiliate Elite, Project Pill Gates and The Secret Classroom by DOMINATING almost every single search result of the first page of Google (he has even made 4 figure commissions from big launches without a mailing list!)

In partnerships, there must always be synergy. Partnerships usually work best when every party treat each other as equals and share their resources willingly for the good of the team. We each have great skills that we can benefit from each other - Melvin with his PPC skills and expertise in niches, Alfred with his ‘aggressive’ SEO skills and me with my copywriting and content creation expertise. Hopefully, we will be able to realize our plans by the end of this year.

My goal for the company by the end of the year is to form a PRODUCT CREATION TEAM and an SEO TEAM that we will use to dominate niche marketing and create hundreds of niche sites. God willing… by the end of the year, my dreams will come true.

Appointed Team Leader For Melvin & Steven’s Seminar

Speaking of Melvin, he is gearing up (along with his partner - Steven Wong) his mentoring skills because he is about to begin his previews for his Blogging Boot Camp - an intensive seminar/course held in Malaysia that will help any newbie or blogger to make massive money online.

So what does that gotta do with me?

Well as most of you know, I have connections with a lot of Internet marketing speakers and coaches like Sen Ze, World Internet Summit speaker Vince Tan and Work at home Guru Gobala Krishnan. They are all prominent speakers and most of the time, I’ve been enlisted to help them out with their seminars (I was Vince’s chief copywriter and product creator and I helped Gobala with the cameras during his mastermind sessions).

It is always a pleasure to help others out because it is NOT EASY to organize a seminar (I’ve extensive experience in setting up opportunity meetings during my MLM days) and this time around, I’m helping our as a Team leader to help organize his blogging seminar.

For the first time in months, I’ll be driving to hotels wearing a long sleeve shirt and long pants (reminiscing my MLM days…) - a clear change in environment compared to the utopian Internet marketing lifestyle!

Making Autopilot Money In Niche Marketing

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again - the money is in niche marketing and I LOVE niche marketing!

My sites are mostly on autopilot now. One of my BEST sites are generating me about $500 to $1,000 a month (RM1,550 - RM3,100) and the best thing is the page rank of those niche sites has increased to PR4 as well!

This just goes to show, you don’t have to spend years in Internet marketing in order to make a decent living online. The most important thing about niche marketing is to develop your own system - which is a system that allows you to build niche sites over and over again by using the same repetitive process. When you can do ONE thing right, you will be equipped with the skill of doing the same thing over and over again correctly (in different niches).

I attribute the success of my niche sites to Andrew Hansen - the author and founder of the infamous Niche Marketing On Crack system.
