The Importance Of Proper HR

When I was working in the corporate line, one of the things I noticed about working in a 9-5 job was the fact that the people that were in charge did not have a clue what was going on in the office. Funny things can happen when a company is disorganized, like managers giving you the files of the wrong people and assigning projects to the wrong departments are all very common examples.

In fact, the funniest thing that happened to me one day was when I received a small check containing a month’s worth of salary even though I have resigned and I haven’t gone into the office for more than a month! (That shows how incompetent some companies are if they don’t apply proper human logic!)

That’s why it is very important to have proper tools and software for HR (Human Resources) if you are thinking of running an effective organization (it even applies for Internet marketers as well because some of us tend to be less organized because we are all ‘working at home’)…

I came across this site that talks about the importance of proper HR Management. Because every manager or entrepreneur has to deal with people and managing them well is a hurdle that everyone must handle well.

Over at www.exploreHR.org, you will find tons of free information about HR Management and HR Strategy. They cover sections ranging from HR planning, selection, training, organization analysis to Powerpoint slides and tools that deal with performance managemtn and employee satisfaction survey.

    Hey Khai,

    Joel here.

I’m pretty surprised to see someone linking HR to Internet marketing. HR is the only thing on my mind these few days since I be doing a paper on HR management in a few days.

Much of HR theories are often applied to MNCs, you might have given me several ideas to link HR to SMEs! = )
